Hibiscus This is a 20x extract of the hibiscus flower. This means each part of this ingredient is equal to 20 parts of the fresh ingredient. This is an extract of the desi red variety and not made from the decorative hybrid varieties. It is used for skin and hair health extensively. It is also used as a tea in some regions. LOWERS BLOOD PRESSURE, PROMOTES HAIR GROWTH, HELPS LIVER HEALTH Hibiscus flower helps with lowering the bad cholestrol, helps in normalising blood pressure. When the flower along with leaves are mixed and heated in a carrier oil and applied on scalp, it promotes hair growth. It helps in promoting liver health. This can be used as a tincture or liquid extract. Add 1 part of this extract in 20 parts of water and boil till the mixture reduces to half. Pour in ice trays and freeze for later use.
