AYUSH
Yes. AYUSH license is mandatory for businesses dealing in Ayurvedic, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy and Herbal products, be it their manufacturing, sale, marketing, or exports. An unlicensed AYUSH business cannot operate – formulate, manufacture or sell in India or international markets. The Ayush Mark Certification is also a quality assurance initiative implemented by the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy), Government of India.
MSME
An MSME certificate is issued by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It provides legal recognition to businesses that are classified as micro, small, or medium enterprises (MSMEs). MSME registration opens the doors to financial support from the government, including subsidies on loans, reduced interest rates, and credit guarantees. This financial backing can significantly enhance your capacity for expanding our business or even funding existing expenses. Our entity will have access to various government schemes and subsidies that can help them secure financing.
GMP
Good manufacturing practice is a system to ensure the products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. GMP defines quality measures for both production and quality control and defines general measures to ensure that processes necessary for production and testing are clearly defined, validated, reviewed and good to go.
EPR
Extended Producers Responsibility Certificate is a document issued by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to industries that have met the necessary environmental standards and regulations. This legislation aims to prevent waste pollution caused by plastics and ensures the wholesomeness natural resources. The verification and clearance certifies we are not damaging the environment and eco system at large with our enterprise.
