How can I save my address on Timeless?

When you sign up for your TIMELESS account, you can enter all your details including your address and phone number on the account page and it will be recorded for future purposes. This way you do not have to keep filling in your details for every new order. To manage your address(es), go to your 'My Profile' section under TIMELESS account. Click on 'Edit' button on the address you wish to update.

What if I have forgotten my account password?

While logging in to your account, you may use OTP option that will allow you to access your account. Alternatively, you may contact TIMELESS support team to reset your account password.
